  • Can I return an online purchase at a Peter Millar Store?

    Yes, for item(s) purchased via petermillar.com, please locate your PO# (Ex. PMUS-123456) and bring your item(s) to one of Our Peter Millar Retail Stores. (Not applicable at Peter Millar Crown Shops) Please note, we are unable to accept returns of items purchased through a third-party retailer (Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, golf shops or specialty retailers)..

  • How long will it take to get my refund?

    You will receive a refund within 7 business days after we receive your return shipment. It may take an additional 3 business days for your bank to post your refund.

  • What if I do not have my original paperwork? Can I still make a return?

    Absolutely! Online refunds will defer to account history to determine the price paid and refund amount. Please follow the instructions in our 'Making a Return?' tab to return the shipment for processing.

  • Where can I find my Purchase Order Number?

    Your order number can be found in your confirmation emails starting with “SFC-“ or “PMUS-“; it can also be found on the label adhered to the shipment package after “PO#”.
